What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorisation. 

Make sure the items are in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. 
All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged first by contacting our Customer Service team via email: sales@reboot-it.com.au

If we have sent you product which is different from what you have ordered and you seek a refund; we will provide you with a return authorisation number to return the goods to us. 

If you change your mind and seek a refund, we will require you to return the item covering the postage charges. A refund minus original postage charges and a 25% restocking fee will be confirmed once the product has been received, and products have been deemed to be in resalable condition. 

If the item is defective, has a major problem, is significantly different from the description or is unsafe, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or be compensated for the drop in value.

 

If the item has a minor problem, the item will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

 

All items returned to Reboot IT must be shipped in the original packaging. Damage as a result of incorrect packaging / damage in transit will need to be paid for by the sender.
